Job Description

Capstone Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with advanced training in Pelvic Health to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed provider to join a well-established clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based patient-centered care.


Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned private practice committed to providing clinical excellence through one-on-one care. Our team emphasizes advanced education specialty certifications and top-tier customer serviceall in a supportive collaborative environment. We do not use aides or care extenders. All treatment is provided by licensed therapists and 45-minute treatment sessions ensure continuity and quality of care.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT)
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/MPT) in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based patient-centered care
  • Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development


Preferred Qualifications


  • Certification in advanced pelvic health physical therapy (e.g. APTA CAPP-Pelvic Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Certification or equivalent)
  • 2-3 years experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction incontinence and/or pre- and post-natal conditions


Compensation


Base salary ranges from $85000 to $105000. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience education and specialization. Performance-based bonuses available.

We offer Physical Occupational and Massage Therapy services and maintain a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
