Join our team and work with Fortune 500 companies to revolutionize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes using cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) for knowledge curation and content generation. As an LLM Engineer you will have the opportunity to experiment design and own end-to-end generative AI solutions that significantly enhance knowledge management for global enterprises.
Hereby the tasks that are waiting for you:
Lead the development of LLM-powered ITSM knowledge curation and content generation solutions for Fortune 500 customers.
Conduct feasibility studies for LLM-based solutions and contribute to their operationalization.
Design fine-tune and deploy LLM-based knowledge generation models.
Establish coding standards and best practices within the engineering team.
Own MLOps processes for LLM deployment and monitoring.
Innovate and experiment with generative AI models to push the boundaries of knowledge management.
Develop and own features that have a direct impact on knowledge curation for large-scale enterprise environments.
Receive support through professional development plans to help you excel in this high-impact role.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
At least 4 years of experience in Software Engineering Machine Learning or LLM Engineering.
Extensive experience with Python and SQL along with expertise in NLP and large language models (LLMs).
Strong understanding of algorithms data structures and machine learning techniques.
A solid background in statistics and mathematics.
Proven experience operationalizing machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
Experience working with cloud providers like Azure Amazon or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Spark or similar big data technologies.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and problem domains.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
