Delivery network execution and optimization in the assigned North China Ports (Qingdao Tianjin Dalian)
Manage and drive port operations efficiency to our fleet as well as End-to-End service delivery to our customer
Plan vessel berth with most optimal and economical way by improving port operation efficiency and reduce operational cost
Manage vessel ETA to port and communicate short to long term schedule with related stakeholders
Conduct daily operations including vessel scheduling terminal resource allocation and optimization berthing line-up and vessel formalities etc.
Support ships to fulfil planned port activities including bunkering sludge operations medical services crew change repair and provision etc.
Ensure company procedures and guidelines are effectively communicated and implemented
Identify and suggest continuous improvement initiatives
Problem-solving capability able to optimize and take initiatives
Strong sense of responsibility and urgency

Working experience in shipping industry or relevant position is preferred but not a prerequisite.
