Senior Designer
Were looking for aSenior Graphic Designerwho is a creative powerhouse someone who can develop insightful relevant and innovative concepts that deliver results. Youll be responsible for producing best-in-class design solutions across a variety of platforms while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative high-energy creative environment.
Creative/Hands-on Work (80%)
- Support the Associate Creative Director with the development of concepts strategies and client presentations.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
- Manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Share responsibility with planning toshape strategic branding initiatives.
- Present ideas and creative solutions clearly and confidently.
- Harness your creative talents to fulfill project requirements while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of brand standards guidelines and toolkits to ensure consistent visual representation across all communications.
- Align your creative output with business objectives communication strategies and provided creative briefs.
- Leverage strong analytical thinking skills to craft compelling design solutions that resonate with our target audience.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design explorations contributing to the discovery of innovative creative responses.
- Showcase your ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team adapting to the demands of each project.
- Exhibit proficiency in illustrative skills translating rough concepts into visually striking designs.
- Exercise meticulous attention to detail when proofreading ensuring the accuracy and high quality of your work including spelling grammar and syntax.

Management (20%)
- Work with designers to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
- Work closely with your Creative Director Associate Creative Director and Account Executives to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Assist the Associate Creative Director in reviewing and approving production projects to ensure quality and brand alignment.
- Mentor Team Members and help them achieve agency creative standards.
- Work with Team Members to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
Qualifications
- 5 years of agency or design experience
- BA degree (Advertising Communications Fine Arts or related field preferred)
- Strong communication presentation and collaboration skills
- A proven ability to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional work
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and strategic thinking
