As a Sales Representative with Steele Valley Chevrolet youll do more than sell cars youll create experiences. From the first conversation to the moment a customer drives away in their new vehicle youll play a key role in one of lifes most exciting purchases. Commission Wage Structure (Earning Potential of $100000 Annually!)
What Youll Be Doing:
- Build strong genuine relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs.
- Guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey from first introduction to delivery.
- Showcase product knowledge and highlight the benefits of the Chevrolet Buick and GMC brands and pre-owned inventory.
- Deliver a positive customer-first experience every step of the way.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and contribute to dealership success.
- Stay current on product features promotions and industry trends.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills with a passion for helping others.
- Previous sales experience is an asset but were open to training motivated candidates.
- Goal-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Energetic professional and eager to learn.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
