Job Summary

Primary Purpose

Provide books school supplies spirit gear sundries and snacks for the campus.

***This position is only open to Student Workers***
*Up to 15 hours per week*

Description of Essential Functions

  1. Provide and maintain a high level of customer service assisting faculty staff and students.

  2. Act as cashier ensuring customer ID personal and credit card information is protected.

  3. Maintain inventory levels and communicate with manager when supplies need to be reordered.

  4. Keep shelves well stocked and assist with marketing merchandise such as window and in-store displays.

  5. Assist in planning and organizing in store promotions.

  6. Assist with end of term buyback.

  7. Assist with inventory data entry shipping and receiving to maintain an accurate inventory.

  8. Keep store in a clean and orderly manner and assist with daily operations.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Must be current degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.


Seeking candidates with the following qualities:

  • Friendly outgoing and able to help provide an inviting atmosphere
  • Basic math computer and time management skills
  • Retail and marketing experience preferred but not required
