Job Description
1. Ensure all production processes are completed in accordance with established procedures and specifications;
2. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standards;
3. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery;
4. Maintain accurate records of production output waste material and machine downtime;
5. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines;
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs;
7. Collaborate with team members to address any issues or concerns related to production;
8. Assist in training new employees as needed;
9. Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
Additional Job Description
Qualifications:
1. At least one year experience working in manufacturing environment preferred but not mandatory;
2. Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications;
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
5. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities;
6. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite would be advantageous;
7. Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances;
8. Positive attitude towards learning new things;
9. Willingness to take on additional tasks outside normal scope of duties when necessary;
10. Commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production area.
