Job Summary

*Direct Hire Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Principal Product Manager position! This is a direct hire opportunity and can be hybrid in Orlando FL or Buffalo NY.

What Youll Be Doing:

Define the vision strategy and roadmap for products across both customer-facing and internal user flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define solutions.
Translate business requirements and intended outcomes into Agile artifacts including user stories epics and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Research and analyze solutions for potential gaps in functionality or user experience.
Rapidly iterate with the team to deliver valuable capabilities quickly.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning backlog grooming daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Document workflows decision points and functional requirements.
Ensure timely and effective stakeholder communication surfacing blockers and tracking progress.
Support change management including communication training and rollout coordination.

What Youll Need to Have:

Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect business goals to technology deliverables.
Proven ability to architect product solutions that solve customer/internal user pain points and simplify complex tasks.
Demonstrated experience articulating product roadmaps and documenting user stories.
Excellent analytical skills combining data analysis with user feedback to guide decision-making.
Collaborative and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Professional communication skills and ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
8-10 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
Experience with Agile project management (CSPO preferred).
Background in software development or data analytics is a plus.

Pay Range:$170000-$190000
