  • Schedule: 11AM 8PM Full-Time (At Least 1 Weekend Shift Per Week)

Inside Sales Center Agent duties include but are not limited to assisting the Inside Sales Center Team in maximizing the conversion rate of calls/leads/inquiries into scheduled appointments via a prescribed appointment setting methodology for Renewal by Andersen.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls following up on homeowners inquiries

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments

  • Taking inbound calls for customer service-related questions and marketing leads

  • Providing outstanding customer service

  • Handling an average of 150 calls per day

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • At least 2yrs of Sales & Marketing Experience

  • At least 2yrs of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience

  • Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Public Relations Communications or Related Field is a Plus

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
