As a member of the Member & Provider Experience team our AD MXPX Operations and Enablement is responsible for leading vendor oversight provider operations product solutions escalations and quality improvement to enhance both member and provider experiences across the organization. all in service of making our members health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Healthcare Administration or related field; Masters preferred
  • 5 years of operations management experience preferably in healthcare or call center environment and experience with success in improving customer experiences

Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization in ways that enhance understanding respect ethics cooperation and innovation and problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the workforce.
  • Knowledge of health insurance industry trends and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams and manage managers
  • Experience in call center management call flows and reporting
  • Ability to identify issues opportunities and effective solutions and collaborate with other departments to improve processes and/or results.
  • Demonstrated judgement problem solving analytical and cognitive verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)

What You Will Do at Cambia:

Operations and Enablement Leadership

  • Lead the member and provider experience operations teams including vendor operations provider operations quality improvement escalations and product solutions
  • Develop enablement solutions including provider portal optimization credentialing technologies and data solutions
  • Establish customer escalation processes with focus on resolution and improvement
  • Direct provider operations strategy for onboarding data management and technology
  • Partner with service delivery teams to enhance integrated customer experience
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders supporting Member and Provider Experience

Performance Improvement & Vendor Accountability

  • Establish KPI frameworks and performance dashboards
  • Implement vendor management processes with clear accountability and service level agreements
  • Conduct business reviews focused on continuous improvement
  • Lead strategic improvements to customer experience using data analytics
  • Optimize processes across customer journeys to enhance satisfaction

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure budget compliance staffing plans service level performance and customer satisfaction
  • Create strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
  • Develop standardized processes balancing efficiency with experience quality
  • Establish risk management protocols for operational continuity
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience

Product & Solution Innovation

  • Drive innovative solutions addressing experience pain points
  • Implement user-centered design approaches for product development
  • Leverage technology to automate processes and enhance service delivery
  • Establish frameworks to evaluate solution effectiveness

Project Portfolio Leadership

  • Prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact
  • Implement project governance ensuring on-time on-budget delivery
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple initiatives

The expected hiring range for an Assistant Director Member & Provider Experience Operations & Enablement is $00 depending on skills experience education and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $00.
