This Position reports to:
R&D Team ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to support the strategic technology direction by contributing your own ideas for identifying proposing and implementing innovative technology software and solutions. Each day you will assist the Research and Development (R&D) team by executing your assigned tasks and using technical knowledge in a structured way. You will also showcase your expertise by staying abreast of the state of the art and actively applying this knowledge.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Contributing reliably to R&D projects as a proactive team member.
Applying your technical expertise within your area of competence to identify and solve problems.
Supporting the achievement of assigned project targets (quality time scope cost) while actively raising and addressing potential risks.
Understanding key business drivers for ABB in your area of responsibility and aligning your activities with the companys strategic direction.
Qualifications for the role
You are immersed in 3D modeling and the electroenergetic market highly skilled and genuinely enjoy working within this field.
You have advanced skills and 2 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering.
You are highly adept in SolidWorks and possess enhanced technical knowledge of the software.
You are passionate about innovative design approaches and captivated by exploring new solutions.
You hold a degree in mechanical engineering and have a demonstrated track record of applying your knowledge in practice.
You are at ease communicating in both English and Czech.
