As a trusted advisor youll support teams across VicRoads ensuring communication is clear consistent and aligned with strategic prioritiesespecially during times of change.

Reporting to the Manager Corporate Communications youll help drive meaningful employee engagement through creative campaigns and multi-channel communication. This role is ideal for a communications professional who thrives on collaboration values purposeful messaging and wants to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation where internal communication is seen as a vital business enabler.

About you

Youre a skilled internal communications professional with a passion for creating content that connects and inspires. With at least five years of experience you bring strong writing strategic thinking and the ability to manage digital channels events and campaigns. Youre confident using tools like SharePoint Canva and Campaign Monitor and can measure impact through data and insights.

A strong collaborator you build trusted relationships and deliver communications that drive engagement and support organisational goals.

• A minimum of five years experience in internal communications within complex organisations

• Exceptional writing editing and content development skills tailored for diverse digital channels

• Proven expertise in managing intranet platforms such as SharePoint and email marketing tools like Campaign Monitor

• Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating hybrid virtual and in-person events

• Strong analytical capability to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform strategic decisions

• Proficiency with design software including Canva Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools

• Outstanding stakeholder management collaboration and relationship-building abilities across all organisational levels
