Job Description
Lia Hyundai Hartford is seeking a Automotive Rental Department Associate to join our team.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $40K-$60K based on experience
SIGN ON BONUS: N/A
REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to work evenings and Saturdays
Superior customer service skills with follow up skills
Outgoing friendly energetic and professional
Ability to respond well to direction and suggestions of management
Ability and desire to achieve individual and department goals
Punctual and reliable
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone via email and text and face-to-face
Computer literacy
Must have clean & valid drivers license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming phone calls and manage the rentals
Inspect rentals
Inputting customer data into dealership management system
Other duties assigned by management
