Responsibilities
- Transport customers vehicles to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner
- Run errands for the dealership as directed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
- Employ good judgment safe driving skills abide by all traffic regulations
- Operate cell phone or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to coordinate pickup and deliveries
- Maintain a record of trips including customer names vehicles picked up or dropped off and destinations
- Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require such as oil changes tires cleaning and general maintenance
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills
- Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals
- Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record with excellent driving skills a must!
