Job Description
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet manufacturing goals. Perform routine maintenance ensure product quality and maintain a clean safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain production machinery.
Perform minor repairs and equipment setup.
Document production data and communicate with supervisors.
Inspect products and work area for safety and quality.
Follow PPE and safety guidelines.
Support cross-training and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic math and measurement skills (to 1/16).
Ability to read work instructions and safety policies.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and physical tasks.
Work Environment:
Exposure to machinery noise and temperature extremes (0110F).
Requires lifting up to 50 lbs and use of PPE.
