Medical Assistant Signature Medical Spa

The Role

Clinical assisting for Nurses Aestheticians Technicians and occasionally other providers
Provide warm friendly discreet and efficient service to clients and staff
Clinical photography using iPhones and iPads
Preparing equipment including lasers goggles devices tables and clean-up
Reviewing and securing clients informed consent for treatments
Medical chart documentation and some scribing
Reviewing clients post-procedural education
Follow-up phone calls or emails for clients
Organizing and restocking treatment rooms retail shelves brochures
Consult with clients on skin care products and medical spa services

Qualifications

Profile of an ideal candidate

Desire to make the workplace and clients experience excellent
Positive professional and able to adhere to confidentiality laws
Detail-oriented
Proficient with English Microsoft Word Outlook and phones
Strong work ethic team-oriented
Problem-solver
Organized and efficient
Interest in dermatology and/or the beauty/wellness fields
Professional dress and appearance
Minimum two years of professional career experience
Some college is preferred
Desires working a set schedule of 5 days per week
Ability to work four Saturdays per year instead of a weekday
