About the job:
Main responsibilities:
Solve where possible independently the issues reported by customers Commissioning Engineers and/or Site Support Engineers in NEA e.g. ordering and supplying to the ship yard of missing or broken items;
Responsible for follow up of the claims placing right parts in system as per claim workflow.
Keep track of the parts from vendor/DC till customer end.
Follows up on actions to warrant quality improvement if necessary.
Monitor claim cost and analyse claim status regularly.
Improve local&global supplier product quality
Other quality or claim related matters

What you know:
Knowledge & Skills:
degree is required
with some knowledge in mechanics.
in English CET-6 is preferred.

oriented ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
