- Salary:$29.70 - $30.01 per hour 25% casual loading

About the Role:
The Direct Care Worker (Residential) assists in providing direct care services to residents of the Residential Care Home. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager the role works closely with health professionals and forms part of a multi-disciplinary team ensuring residents receive safe dignified and person-centred care.
What Were Looking For:
- Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
- Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
- Experience in dealing with aged frail or disabled persons.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word Excel.

- DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
- National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
- Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
