As a Help Desk Analyst at MetrixIT Solutions you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients and internal staff. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues as well as resolving network problems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal staff
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Resolve network problems and connectivity issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Install configure and maintain computer hardware and software
- Assist with user account management and password resets
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and team members
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of help desk software and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associates degree in IT or related field
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience with remote desktop tools and VPN technologies
- Certifications in IT support or help desk operations
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Salary & Benefits:
