Requirements for this Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job
To thrive as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Southwest Health System Inc. you will need a diverse skill set that ensures exceptional patient care and smooth clinic operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is essential along with a current Colorado LPN license and BLS certification.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
LPN Regulatory/Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Colorado LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- A minimum of one year applicable clinic setting experience.
Language Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to read analyze and interpret medical data and professional journals.
- Ability to understand and use electronic medical record software.
