This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams mentorship from experienced engineers and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be
- Assist in preparing project proposalsfor small to medium investments gaining exposure to budgeting planning and presenting engineering solutions.
- Support senior engineers during the design phase helping to research select and detail technical solutions for process and equipment improvements.
- Participate in safety and reliability initiatives including root cause investigations data collection on breakdowns and implementing safety features like interlocks and guarding.
- Analyze operational datausing tools like Excel or Power BI to identify trends support preventative maintenance planning and contribute to energy efficiency opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors building communication and teamwork skills while contributing to engineering reports and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a BS degree in chemical engineering mechanical engineering electrical engineering or related field
- Must have an active student status for the duration of the Co-Op
- Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of and for the duration of their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization
- Must be eligible to work onsite on a full-time basis during the internship duration (40 hours/week) and provide their own funding for relocation and commuting.

Rate: $24.50
