Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

As a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer on Strykers Foot & Ankle CORE New Product Development team you will be at the forefront of creating groundbreaking medical devices that improve patient this highly visible role you will lead the design and development of products from initial concept through to successful launch applying your technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges.

Beyond driving innovative solutions you will act as a trusted advisor and mentorguiding junior engineers shaping design strategies and championing best practices that raise the bar for engineering excellence. Collaborating across R&D Marketing Quality and Manufacturing you will influence critical decisions and ensure that every product meets the highest standards of safety performance and reliability.
