Your contribution will be
- Developing and coordinating global Individual Giving campaigns mobilisation campaign strategies as well as campaign packages - in alignment with our programmatic work and market needs - to enable fundraising teams around the global to engage the Individual Giving audience and maximise income generation
- Acting as a sparring partner for country offices supporting the implementation and development of Individual Giving fundraising in the countries
- Supporting the development and implementation of the necessary guidelines tools and systems to ensure income growth
- Monitoring evaluating and reporting on fundraising and mobilisation campaigns for Individual Giving to leverage the most successful initiatives internationally
- Contributing to internal capacity building activities to grow internal knowledge and capabilities in the Individual Giving area
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Proven experience in a comparable position preferably in an international environment
- Educational background in marketing communication business administration or a related field
- Fluency in English German and any other language is an asset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in particular in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

- The yearly gross salary range for this position is 47500 EUR - 52000 EUR (full-time base consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
