Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Type: Permanent (FTE)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Range: $38.00 - $48.00
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the team at Canterbury Court. The ideal candidate will assess plan and implement therapy programs to help patients develop regain or maintain daily living and work skills.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients physical and cognitive abilities.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Assist patients in improving daily living and work-related skills.
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
Document patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Minimum 1 year of OT experience
