Job Description
Location: San Jose CA (Onsite/Hybrid as per client requirement)
Experience: 8 Years
We have an urgent requirement for a Senior QA Engineer based in San Jose CA with strong expertise in both Manual QA and UiPath automation. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on testing experience strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a global cross-functional environment.
Key Skills & Responsibilities-
QA Testing:

Strong experience in manual functional testing preferably with ERP applications.

Hands-on experience with Selenium automation frameworks.

Expertise in UiPath (RPA) for automation processes.

Database Validation:
-
Basic proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for test validation and query writing

Collaboration & Communication:
-
Ability to work effectively in teams within diverse/multi-stakeholder environments.

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Global Delivery Experience:
-
Prior exposure to working in global delivery models.
-
Ability to manage work across cross-functional and distributed teams.

8 years of overall QA experience with a mix of manual and automation (Selenium UiPath).

ERP testing background strongly preferred.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
-
B.S. or higher in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience.
