Job Summary:

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. Responsibilities include administering medications monitoring residents health assisting with daily living activities documenting care and communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams. The LPN plays a key role in ensuring resident comfort safety and well-being while promoting a respectful and supportive environment.
