Job Description
POSITION DETAILS:
- Title: Travel: Registered Nurse Telemetry Advanced Cardiac Therapy (ACT)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Location: Fort Wayne IN 46804
- Shift: Days 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Schedule: Every other weekend (Fri & Sat) holidays required no call option for block scheduling
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 bi-weekly (36 per week)
- Offer Type: AUTO OFFER no interview
Pay Breakdown:
- Hourly rate $60.00 $25.39 taxable $34.61 non-taxable
- Weekly Gross $2160.04 $914.04 taxable $1246.00 stipend
Requirements
- Experience: 1 2 years MS/Tele required
- Certifications: BLS ACLS (required)
- Telemetry Knowledge: Rhythm interpretation required
- Travel Rule: Must live >50 miles from facility (locals not accepted)
- RTO: Max 1 week
Unit Information
- Unit: Advanced Cardiac Therapy (ACT)
- Beds: 24
- Ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 (no more than 1:6)
- Patient Population:
- Heart Failure NSTEMI STEMI
- s/p Watchman or Cath procedures
- New onset A-fib / A-fib w/ RVR
- MS/Tele patients with cardiac history
- Medications Managed:
- Cardiac drips: Amiodarone Cardizem Milrinone Dobutamine Heparin
- IV pushes: Metoprolol Lopressor Digoxin Cardizem
- Float Units: Neuro Science MS4B MS3C NSP4A Tele 5A Tele 5B ED Holds Oncology
