What Youll Do

As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing a book of business and growing sales within your assigned territory. This includes fostering strong relationships with current customers identifying new business opportunities and driving the success of WSCs products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Execute personal and company-driven sales initiatives
  • Conduct regular visits to customer locations to maintain relationships and uncover new opportunities
  • Develop and manage customer programs from planning through execution
  • Promote new and existing product lines positioning WSC as a trusted solutions provider
  • Identify and solicit new business within the territory
  • Encourage and support customer engagement with digital platforms (Storefront/Configurator)
  • Lead dealer presentations and educational sessions
  • Attend industry events trade shows and customer functions as required
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Accurately maintain CRM data and complete timely sales reports
  • Uphold all company safety standards and complete safety observations regularly

What You Bring

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college degree or 3 5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of residential construction is a plus
  • Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM or sales reporting software a plus
  • Organized self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively
  • Must have a reliable internet connection in home office
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record per company insurance requirements
  • Ability to sit for long periods while traveling
