Our client in the signage and branding industry is currently looking for a detail-oriented Costing & Sales Support Administrator with strong Sage X3 experience to join their team. This role involves managing costing processes creating product and project codes supporting sales functions and ensuring accurate stock and job card management.
Responsibilities include handling Sage user queries (logins new accounts) creating new product and project codes updating standard costs loading BOMs and job costings signing off and processing job cards for production and development prepare sales quotes and orders and assisting sales reps with costings tracking finished goods allocations processing receipts raw material issues and stock adjustments finalizing costing of work orders and ensure accurate WIP closure.
Must have Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification SAGE X3 experience is essential as is solid knowledge of costing stock control and administration skills. proficiency in MS Office with Advanced MS Excel is required. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
