Job Description
Job Purpose
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of complex cross-functional technology programs. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives manages risks and drives stakeholder engagement across multiple projects within the fintech ecosystem.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management in a technology or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale multi-stream programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with APIs microservices and digital channels is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Azure DevOps).
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Engineering or related field.
- PMP PgMP SAFe or equivalent program management certification preferred.
