We are looking for a candidate who has experience in working on Tally and Ms Office. He/she should hold experience in generating & processing Invoices assist in making purchase & sales entries.
Roles & Responsibilities
.
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
.
Update and maintain the general ledger
.
Record debits and credits
.
Maintain petty cash book records and bank transactions
.
Generate and process invoices
.
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
.
Update internal systems with financial data
.
Assist Manager in preparing daily monthly and annual financial reports
.
Reconcile entries into the accounting system
.
Track bank deposits and payments
.
Assist with budget preparation
Key Skills Required
