About the role:
Were looking for a curious and collaborative Senior Scientist with a passion for DMPK bioanalysis to join our Oncology team in Cambridge.
In this role youll help move new cancer therapies forward by providing essential insights into drug exposure and pharmacokinetics. Working closely with cross-functional partners youll contribute directly to discoveries that improve patients lives. This is more than a job its a chance to do work that matters alongside people who care.
Accountabilities:
Lead and support studies that generate high-quality bioanalytical data.
Use LC-MS/MS ICP-MS and other tools to analyze drug levels in biological samples.
Prepare and optimize samples for analysis across a variety of biological matrices.
Collaborate across Chemistry Pharmacology and PK Modelling teams.
Share clear actionable insights that guide project decisions.
Drive innovation in bioanalytical methods and support best practices.
Support and mentor colleagues contributing to a learning culture.
Essential Skills:
Experience in bioanalysis DMPK analytical chemistry or pharmacology.
Practical knowledge of LC-MS/MS and in-vitro ADME techniques.
Ability to communicate technical findings in a clear solution-focused way.
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from others.
Strong attention to quality detail and scientific integrity.
Openness to exploring new approaches and challenging the status quo.
Desirable Skills:
Working on oncology pipelines or projects.
Familiarity with novel modalities such as ADCs or targeted therapies.
Experience with high-resolution mass spectrometry or radioisotopes.
Publishing or presenting scientific work.
