Role Description
Role Description:
As a Senior Automation Testing - DataCom (Networking L2-L3 L4-L7 Protocols) Specialist at Incedo you will be responsible for designing and executing automated test cases and scripts for network protocols at different layers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation testing solutions for DataCom networks including Layer 2 Layer 3 and Layer 4-7 protocols.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Configure and deploy automation testing solutions and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation including user guides and training materials.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques for DataCom networks and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Technical Skills
Skills Requirements:
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Perl and Shell.
- Expertise in network protocols and network testing tools.
- Experience in automation testing of networking products.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
- Provide leadership guidance and support to team members ensuring the successful completion of tasks and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity taking responsibility of the whole team.

Qualifications
- 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field
- or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
