AAM is hiring Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift openings! Pay starts at $18.90 with a $1000 sign on bonus and increases with experience.Job Description
- Responsible for operating one or more types of production equipment
- Selects appropriate settings Controls and adjusts machine settings to complete simple tasks accurately according to specifications.
- Loads & unloads material to and from equipment according to prescribed methods.
- Inspects parts using precision measuring tools and for visual defects and/or certification marks.
- Clean machines & work area throughout and at end of shift.
- Follows all safe work practices & safety rules.
- Follows established quality standards.
- Works collaboratively with team members and others to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems.
- Ability to use computer terminals; gauges calipers micrometers and other measuring instruments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
Ability to read and interpret safety rules operating and maintenance instructions procedure manuals quality documents set-up and work instructions documents.
