Who are we looking for

As a Senior Business Development Representative at Pixaera you will play a pivotal role in driving our companys growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. This involves conducting extensive market research targeting potential customers globally particularly in industries like oil and gas energy mining construction and manufacturing. Your role will be crucial in expanding Pixaeras presence in these sectors. The candidate should be based in London or Manchester or is willing to travel there on frequent basis or in its close proximity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Win over leads and mature them from cold leads to real opportunities.

  • Engage with prospects via cold calling email cadences and LinkedIn to generate interest and establish relationships.

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire clients.

  • Conduct detailed research to identify potential leads and customer needs in target industries.

  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to aid product development and marketing strategies.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Pixaeras solutions.

  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Who are you

A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:

  • Proven ability to think critically and make sound judgments in complex situations.

  • Experience in business development or sales

  • Exceptional communication skills capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a track record of taking initiative in previous roles.
