Job Description

Description / Position Overview

Crisis Navigator (TAP)

In this position you will play a critical role in the CPH (Community and Public Health) division of the CSFD (Colorado Springs Fire Department). You will be responsible for performing assessments intensive case management behavior modification and solution focused treatment for members of our Transitional Assistance Program (TAP).

Minimum Qualifications

One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education.

Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.

Physical Demands:This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.

Environmental Conditions:

Primary Work Environment - Field environment with travel from site to site and possible exposure to extreme weather conditions

Wetness and Humidity - Seasonally
Respiratory Hazards - Never
Noise and Vibrations - Never
