After Sales Diagnostic Engineer

- Design and implement diagnostic functions for new and existing vehicle platforms;
- Develop guided diagnostic routines to assist technicians in fault identification and resolution;
- Create and maintain software patches to address urgent issues in diagnostic systems;
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate software on test benches and vehicles;
- Ensure diagnostic content is delivered in line with production schedules and service requirements;
- Translate validated diagnostic content into multiple languages for global deployment;
- Provide regular progress updates documentation and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in automotive diagnostic software development;
- Basic knowledge in programming languages such as Java will be considered a plus;
- Solid understanding of vehicle communication protocols: CAN (UDS/KWP) LIN K-line;
- Familiarity with ECU architecture and vehicle network systems (Powertrain Safety Comfort);
- Experience with diagnostic data formats (e.g. ODX/PDX);
- Ability to work independently and manage complex software lifecycles;
- Fluent in English (used for documentation and development).
