Purpose of the Role:

As a Volunteer Support Administrator youll help support our service running smoothly by supporting communication between staff service users and partner agencies. From answering calls and booking appointments to sending letters and maintaining records your contribution will help ensure that everyone receives the support they needwhen they need it.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist service users and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries
  • Book appointments and manage schedules using our electronic diary system
  • Send letters and correspondence to service users and partner agencies
  • Carry out general office duties: photocopying filing scanning
  • Maintain accurate records on our case management systems
  • Provide basic information and signposting to service users
