Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to partner with Production management to ensure the proper use of machinery equipment and assembly lines within a production area. Cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.
The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite
The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Building business to be based at Nelamangala Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Define production sequences calculate cycle times analyze working phases and share data with internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for processes methods and cycle times to support SCM and supplier evaluations.
- Support production and equipment start-ups by training direct/indirect staff and assisting Maintenance/Production teams.
- Contribute to action plans and process improvements to ensure smooth internal and external start-ups.
Qualifications for the role:
- Degree in Communications or related field (Diploma in Electrical & Electronics acceptable).
- 58 years of experience in Communications within B2B and B2C environments preferably technical/industrial.
- Proven expertise in managing communications across multiple channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective storytelling ability.
- Skilled in handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time.
- Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure communication effectiveness.
- Collaborative team player contributing to overall business success.
