Arbor Associates is seeking a passionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other significant and complex learning needs. The ideal candidate will bring both expertise and compassion creating a safe engaging and inclusive classroom environment where every student can ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver dynamic creative and differentiated lessons aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and grounded in the principles of Universal Design for strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support individual learning and behavior appropriate accommodations and modifications to the general education curriculum leveraging diverse instructional techniques technology and student IEP a classroom culture of safety respect and belonging promoting positive academic and social with general educators specialists administrators and support staff to ensure holistic student consistently and proactively with families and caregivers building strong partnerships in support of student and implement IEPs goals objectives and progress reports; lead annual meetings with professionalism and Massachusetts DESE licensure in Moderate and/or Severe Disabilities and SEI knowledge of federal and state special education laws and supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other significant skills in collaboration communication and to equity inclusion and culturally responsive teaching.
