About the Job
- Lead and manage a growing global Cloud and DevOps team responsible for designing delivering and maintaining cloud infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Oversee Agile planning cycles and manage the SCRUM process to align DevOps and Cloud teams objectives with business priorities and roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of DevOps solutions and automation tools to accelerate digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor cloud service capacity and proactively manage performance ensuring service quality from development through production stages.
- Explore evaluate and integrate new cloud technologies to push capabilities forward and continuously improve the platform.
About You
- Bachelors Degree in a technology-related field with 9 years of experience in DevOps cloud infrastructure and automation development.
- Proven experience managing Cloud Operations teams and implementing DevOps solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS GCP Azure Private Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of DevOps toolsets such as Ansible Terraform Jenkins XL Release Artifactory and GitHub.
- Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies with success managing SCRUM teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train team members and engage cross-functionally.
- Nice to have: Public Cloud and DevOps certifications proficiency with PowerBI and familiarity with business process re-engineering (BPR).
