Cup and Carry is seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Operator to run our cutting-edge EKOFA press in a safe supportive and innovative environment. If youre passionate about quality precision and sustainability this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate flexographic printing equipment with a focus on safety quality and efficiency
- Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements
- Monitor product quality and maintain GMP standards
- Achieve productivity and waste reduction targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and printer trials
- Record production data and assist with root cause investigations
- Collaborate with team members and uphold company values
- Operate other production machinery as required
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Trade qualification in Flexographic Printing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in full process printing (up to 120 LPI)
- Personal integrity and resilience under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Commitment to health safety and environmental best practices
Desirable:
- Experience producing high-end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry
- Previous operation of flexographic printing machines
