About the Role
As a Flexographic Printer you will be responsible for setting operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art EKOFA Printing Machine. Working closely with production team members youll ensure that output meets scheduled requirements and product quality aligns with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate flexographic printing equipment with a focus on safety quality and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with OHS policies and procedures
- Conduct machine setup and adjustments as per standard procedures
- Monitor and maintain product quality and GMP standards
- Achieve productivity and waste reduction targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and printer trials
- Record production data and contribute to root cause investigations
- Support team collaboration and uphold company values
- Willingness to operate various other production machinery as & when required
What Youll Bring
Essential:
- Trade qualification in Flexographic Printing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in full process printing (up to 120 LPI)
- Personal integrity and resilience under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to health safety and environmental best practices
Desirable:
- Experience producing high-end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry
- Previous operation of flexographic printing machines
