Milton Keynes
Temporary to Permanent (After 12 successful weeks)
Rates:
AM - 13.42 per hour
PM - 13.92 per hour
Nights -14.42 per hour
Shifts Available:
- Tuesday-Saturday - 06.00-14.30
- Sunday-Thursday - 06.00-14.30
- Tuesday - Saturday - 08:00-16:30
- Saturday - Wednesday - 09:00-17:30
- Tuesday - Saturday - 14:00 - 22:30
- Sunday - Thursday 14:00-22:30
- Saturday - Wednesday - 17:00 - 1:30
- Tuesday - Saturday - 22:00 - 06:30
- Sunday - Thursday - 22:00 - 06:30
As Warehouse Team Leader youll oversee a dedicated team of warehouse operatives for our client in a fast-paced environment. Youll ensure daily operations run smoothly targets are met and team members are motivated.
Key Duties:
- Lead motivate and manage a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Monitor team performance and productivity providing coaching and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock control and assist with inventory management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
