Run over two years the roles will be required to satisfactorily complete training whilst undertaking work on the Councils new Selective Licensing Scheme. The new scheme will require landlords to license their private rented properties and ensure that minimum standards are met. These are vital roles focused on improving housing conditions and ensuring compliance with housing legislation in some of the most deprived parts of the borough. Youll work closely with landlords tenants and partner agencies to protect the health safety and welfare of structured development roles are ideal for people passionate about improving housing standards and making a real difference in the community.
