We are seeking aClient Services Associateto join our Wealth Management team focused on supportinginstitutional clientssuch as endowments foundations family offices and other nonprofit organizations. The role is central to delivering best-in-class service and ensuring that institutional partners receive timely accurate and value-added support across all aspects of their wealth management relationship.
As part of a collaborative team you will work closely with Client Advisors Portfolio Managers and Operations to enhance the client experience prepare institutional reporting and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day service needs.
Our client is an independent Registered Investment Adviser that provides customized investment management solutions and comprehensive wealth management plans for institutional investors individuals and family offices. They are consistently recognized in the industry for sophisticated wealth management research capabilities and the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a direct point of contact for institutional clients addressing service requests account inquiries and administrative needs with professionalism and accuracy.
- Support onboarding of new institutional relationships including account setup documentation management and custodian coordination.
- Prepare review and deliver custom client reporting packages investment reviews and board meeting materials.
- Coordinate portfolio-related activity such as cash requests transfers trades and rebalancing in alignment with client guidelines.
- Partner with Client Advisors and Portfolio Managers to support strategic client initiatives and business development efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client organizations investment objectives and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies regulatory requirements and investment guidelines for institutional clients.
- Assist with responding to institutional RFPs RFI questionnaires and due diligence requests.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and elevate the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or related field; progress toward CFA CAIA or CFP considered a plus.
- 2 years of client service experience in wealth management asset management or a related financial services firm.
- Understanding of institutional clients unique needs (e.g. investment policy statements spending requirements fiduciary oversight).
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage deadlines across multiple accounts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with boards committees and senior executives.
- High attention to detail with the ability to translate complex investment information into clear client-friendly communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); familiarity with CRM portfolio accounting or reporting systems preferred.
