CGL Litigation Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced CGL Litigation Specialist to manage complex litigated claims. This role requires strong technical expertise analytical ability and the capacity to handle a diverse caseload across multiple industries.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $100K-$125K (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a litigated caseload of approximately 100125 claims with emphasis on CGL claims such as bodily injury product liability and premises liability.
- Handle claims across industries including construction habitational hospitality and other general sectors.
- Maintain reserve authority in the $150000 range ensuring accurate and timely evaluations.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and other stakeholders to achieve efficient claim resolutions.
- Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations on complex claims and litigation matters.
- Ensure compliance with policies industry regulations and established best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Extensive background in managing complex claims and litigation with proven expertise in CGL claims (bodily injury product liability premises liability).
- Carrier experience required; E&S experience strongly preferred.
- Active adjuster licenses in Florida (FL) and Texas (TX) required; additional state licenses and nationwide exposure preferred.
- Strong analytical communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
