Allstate Security provides professional security services throughout California from San Francisco down to Los Angeles and continuing all the way through our headquarters area in San Diego CA. For nearly a decade weve offered comprehensive security solutions to a variety of clients as one of Californias premier security guard companies.

We specialize in armed guards unarmed guards patrol service and mobile patrols. Our security officers will work seamlessly as a part of our team to secure premises customers employees assets and everything in between.

All State Security Services provides reliable qualified professional officers who are trained and ready to respond to potential security threats and provide outstanding support and service.

Job Skills / Requirements

As a dispatcher you will be entrusted with maintaining open lines of communication in high call volume environment. Your daily tasks will include but not limited to data entry scheduling and providing customer service to employees and contractors. Your core skills and prior experience in a high call volume environment will contribute to your daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls at high volumes
  • Providing customer service to the business unit
  • Provide adequate feedback to all callers.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure communication compliance
  • Maintain organization in your work area
  • Input data and document calls.
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Must have exceptional experience with writing and reading daily activity reports
  • Communicate employment guidelines
  • Processing calling-outs
  • Assigning staff coverage Scheduling
  • Data entry- creating and submitting documents reports and other data requested
  • Responding and sending emails answering Text messages checking voicemails and scanning Documents
  • Keeping accurate call record including notes.
Qualifications

  • Multi-tasking
  • Efficiency with Microsoft office
  • Scheduling
  • Security experience is a plus
  • Data entry
  • High call volume experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Previous call center/dispatch experience
