Account Manager Aerospace/Semiconductor (Dallas-Based)

Are you a technical sales professional ready to take ownership of a high-growth territory GRS Recruiting has partnered with a fast-growing industrial distributor seeking a Dallas-based Account Manager to expand its presence across a key multi-state region. This is an opportunity to join a highly strategic team driving innovation into complex engineered systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships navigating technical conversations and closing strategic deals in markets like aerospace defense and semiconductor.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a high-potential territory

  • Develop new business across aerospace and semiconductor markets

  • Build long-term relationships with engineering procurement and manufacturing stakeholders

  • Collaborate with an internal technical support team to deliver tailored solutions

  • Help shape strategic sales initiatives with executive-level commercial leaders

What You Need to Bring

  • Experience calling on Aerospace and/or Semiconductor markets
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to speak technically with engineers and buyers
  • Demonstrated success in both business development and account management

  • Background in complex/engineered products (e.g. components systems subsystems)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook

  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel regionally
