Network Capacity Forecasting (NCaF) team mission is to support AWS Networking teams with data-driven planning to build and maintain a cost-effective network. We achieve this by creating services and platforms leveraging rigorous scientific modeling state-of-the-art ML tools and software best practices. Our services enable analytics modeling and forecasting of demands including requirements from customers and services as well as network hardware and associated materials required. Our platforms enable productization of ML enabled services across networking teams.

- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with Machine Learning GenAI and LLMs specifically.

The base salary for this position ranges from $114800/year up to $191800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
