Job Description
Software Test Engineer
Maple Grove MN 6 Month Contract $32 - 37/hr
Konik is partnering with a local manufacturing firm that is looking to add a Software Test Engineer to their team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring candidates to train on-site for an initial period of 2-3 weeks before shifting to three days in the office.
Software Test Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain QA testing systems for software and hardware.
- Design and execute test cases primarily manual to validate system functionality.
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve defects and enhance product quality.
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
Software Test Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering; Electrical Computer Software or related.
- 6 months of manual software testing.
- Experience with hardware and software testing tools like TestRail JIRA Jenkins or similar.
